As a hardware manager, you will have the possibility of creating sub-organizations that you can share doors with to segment your facilities or delegate administration to other companies.
Press the Create New Organization button and fill out the form.
- Name: Fill out the organization's name; please be aware that this will be used to generate the slug, which is used for integrations from other systems.
- Default URL: This can be filled out to replace the URL to Entryfy shown in the welcome email sent to new users upon creation.
- Default Support URL: This can be filled out to replace the link to Entryfy's knowledge space with your companies own support or documentation portal to inform users how they use Entryfy.
- Default Email Title: This can be filled out to replace the default email subject in the welcome email sent to new users upon creation.
- Default Email Signature: This can be filled out to replace the default email signature in the welcome email sent to new users upon creation.
- Logo: This can be filled out to replace the default Entryfy in the welcome email sent to new users upon creation.
- Auth types: Here, you can select what authentication types will be available when sharing doors to your sub-organization based on your organization or facility security requirements.
- Default Locale: Select which language should be default for the administrative portal and communication with users.
The next step will be to share doors with the newly created organization to administer rights for their users and doors.
