As an Organization Administrator in Entryfy, you might need to help a user with trouble accessing their account. This guide will help you understand how to send a reset password link to a specific user.

Locate the user
Start by logging into your account on our platform. Once logged in, navigate to the Users list. Locate the user who requires a password reset. You can use the search functionality to find the user more quickly, if necessary.
Send password Link
Add the end of each user's row; you will find a three-dot menu. Click on this to access more options for the user's account.
In the options menu, look for the "Send Password" option. By clicking this, our system automatically generates a reset password email to the user's registered email address. The user can then follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.
