How do I reset my password?

I forgot my password or didn't get the welcome email with the link to set my password. What do I do?

If you cannot find the email, check the Spam bin. You can also click the Reset Password text under the login form in the mobile application.

• Set up the password using the link in the email.

Never share the link or the password you've set with anybody - not even your organization administrator. By sharing the link or the password with a third party, you're granting them access to what you are authorized to access.
