Welcome to Entryfy!
Entryfy mobile applications are developed to ensure your best possible user experience while providing the level of access control convenience you've likely never encountered before. To get the most out of the system, please, read this article and the Entryfy iOS/Android app user manual. It will take no more than 10 minutes while introducing you to the system functionality and giving you a better understanding of its features.
To start using Entryfy, you need a profile, which is created by your organization administrator. Once the profile is created, the system automatically sends the invitation letter.
- Check your inbox for the letter.
If you cannot find the letter, check the Spam bin. If the letter is still nowhere to be found, contact your system administrator. With the letter available, follow the instructions it contains.
- Set up the password using the link in the letter.
Important: Make sure your password is secure. It has to include lower and upper cases and at least one numeral. Never share the link or the password you've set with anybody - not even your organization administrator. By sharing the link or the password with any third party, you're granting the access you're not authorized to. This leads to serious consequences that you'll eventually be held responsible for.
Your personal account is for yourself only - no other person is ever allowed to enter or use it.
- Download the app.
The letter contains the links to both, Play Market and App Store.
- Log in using your e-mail address and the password you've just set.
At the login screen, you can always reset the password. Tap on the "Reset password" and, if requested, type in your profile's e-mail address - the password reset link will be delivered almost instantly. Note: You cannot send the reset link to the address that is not in the system database.
